A weddings junkie in every sense of the word, Anna Lisa Hernandez, aka “The Dove Lady”, created Whitebird Ceremonial Dove Releases in 1991. Her inspiration came while watching the 1984 Summer Olympics closing ceremony where they released several hundred white doves. “I burst into tears, I thought it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen!” she recalls. Anna loves taking the birds out and sharing their beauty, but feels caring for them day-to-day, whether they're working or not, is one of her life's greatest joys. Other great joys are her husband, Dale; daughter, Molly; and Swiss Orange Chip bonbons. What are your life's greatest joys?
